Most chili powders scream "heat". We wanted ours to whisper "flavor" first. It took countless trials of selecting the right peppers, toasting them to the exact second, and layering the crunch so every sprinkle lands with character instead of noise.

Guizhou is incredibly colorful. We borrowed the playful, intricate linework of Miao folk patterns to shape our visual world. Because a flavor this vibrant deserves an outfit to match.
