Where it all began...
The Obsession
Most chili powders scream "heat". We wanted ours to whisper "flavor" first. It took countless trials of selecting the right peppers, toasting them to the exact second, and layering the crunch so every sprinkle lands with character instead of noise.
The Vibe
Food should be fun. Guizhou LA isn’t a serious, intimidating pantry staple. It’s dressed like a little table companion, ready to wake up a boring Tuesday lunch or add a wink to your weekend barbecue.
Inspired by our roots
Guizhou is incredibly colorful. We borrowed the playful, intricate linework of Miao folk patterns to shape our visual world. Because a flavor this vibrant deserves an outfit to match.
